  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.
  • Company Logo: If you choose to upload one for your estimates
  • Estimate Content: Job notes, photos, and other materials you send us to create estimates

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and deliver professional estimates on your behalf
  • Process payments for our services
  • Send SMS messages including estimate confirmations, clarifying questions, and service updates (only if you opted in during registration)
  • Send email notifications about your estimates and account
  • Provide customer support

SMS Communications

SMS messaging is optional. If you check the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, you consent to receive text messages from EstimateButler at the phone number provided, including notifications, estimate updates, and customer care messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, subscription, or account creation. These messages may include:

  • Estimate confirmations and status updates
  • Questions to clarify estimate details
  • Service notifications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and SendGrid (email) to operate our service
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
