1. Service Description

EstimateButler provides professional estimate writing services for contractors. You send us your job notes, photos, and details, and we create professional PDF estimates for your business.

2. Account Registration

To use EstimateButler, you must:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. SMS Communications

SMS messaging is optional. By checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, you consent to receive text messages from EstimateButler at the phone number provided, including notifications, estimate updates, and customer care messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, subscription, or account creation. These messages may include:

  • Confirmations that we received your estimate request
  • Questions to clarify details about your estimates
  • Notifications when your estimate is ready
  • Service updates and account notifications

Message frequency varies based on your usage of the service.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from text messages. You will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, but you can still use the service via email.

4. Pricing and Payment

EstimateButler offers the following plans:

  • Single Estimate: $39 one-time for 1 estimate
  • Starter: $99/month for 10 estimates
  • Standard: $149/month for 20 estimates
  • Pro: $199/month for unlimited estimates

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Unused estimates do not roll over to the next month.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused estimates.

For single estimate purchases, refunds are available if we have not yet started work on your estimate.

6. Estimate Turnaround

We aim to deliver estimates within 24-48 business hours. Pro plan members receive priority turnaround. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate job details and measurements
  • Reviewing estimates before sending to your customers
  • Setting your own prices (we use the pricing information you provide)
  • Complying with local licensing and business requirements

8. Limitations

EstimateButler creates estimates based on the information you provide. We do not:

  • Verify measurements or site conditions
  • Guarantee the accuracy of pricing (you set your prices)
  • Provide legal, tax, or professional advice
  • Guarantee that customers will accept your estimates

You are solely responsible for the work you perform and the estimates you send to customers.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your company information, logo, and estimate content. We retain ownership of our estimate templates, software, and service.

10. Limitation of Liability

EstimateButler is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
